Born from friendship, fire, and ambition, Brasas Latin Fusion Kitchen is the dream of two owners from El Salvadorwho shared the same passion for flavor, family, and hard work. After years of learning, growing, and working side by side in the restaurant world, they decided to take a leap of faith together and create something of their own.

United by their roots and inspired by the cultures that shaped them along the way, they crafted a concept that blends Peruvian fire-grilled tradition with the bold spirit of Tex-Mex. Every dish at Brasas tells a story of their journey: the flavors they grew up with, the techniques they mastered, and the vision they built together from scratch.

Now opening in Bristow, Virginia, Brasas is more than a restaurant. It is a celebration of Latin heritage, resilience, flavor, and the belief that when passion and friendship come together, something powerful is born.
